Trades of Hope Spring Line
Although the first day of spring doesn’t arrive until March 20, it’s fairly common to see new spring collections launch early in the new year. With a new year comes a fresh new look. Trades of Hope’s new collection is inspired by the Greek word eunoia, which means “beautiful thinking; a well mind”. The collection is beautiful, with both bold pieces and dainty feminine pieces to please different customers. One thing I like about Trades of Hope is that their pieces can appeal to different age groups, and the same holds true for the spring line. Here are my favorite pieces from the new collection:

I do love a bold statement earring. The Revival Earrings are made with ethically sourced cow horn and upcycled steel oil drums by an artisan group in Haiti.

My enthusiasm for fair trade first started with fair trade home decor, so I was happy to see Trades of Hope add a throw to their new collection. The Embrace Throw Blanket is made with blended cotton by an artisan group in India.

If you prefer delicate jewelry, the Worthy Necklace is a beautiful choice. This simple piece is made with rose gold and a light pink quartz stone by an artisan group in India.

This safari trio is my favorite children’s item Trades of Hope has created. The Safari Friends are made with cotton and poly fiber and colored with non-toxic pigments. The ornate block-printed patterns on the animals make them extra special. These three make the perfect baby gift!

Tassels are just fun. While I don’t make tassel earrings a part of my regular warddrobe, I can totally envision myself wearing these on a tropical getaway. The Tassel Earring Set features two pairs of ombre tiered tassels handcrafted in Thailand.

If you like a longer necklace, this is a great option. The Lovana Necklace is made with hand rolled clay beads and a cotton tassel by artisans in Haiti.

This hammered rose gold cuff pairs beautifully with the Worthy Necklace. Made by artisans in India.

Trades of Hope only has a few items for men, so I was happy to see them add this wallet. The Earthbound Wallet is made with black leather by artisans in India, and features two bill compartments, eight card slots, and an ID window. A great gift for Father’s Day!

Trades of Hope features many items with paper rolled beads, but the Waterfall Necklace may be my favorite. I love the blue hues and gold glass beads. Crafted by artisans in Uganda.

This modern statement necklace is a gorgeous addition to any outfit. The Ravi Necklace is made with mixed metal and gold plating and is handmade by artisans in India.
